EVOLUTION PINOT NOIR 2018 Willamette Valley
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer Sokol Blosser
One of my Release top Best Buys! Fairly deep purple colour. Very attractive, slightly spicy, gently juicy, ripe cherry-plum-raspberry-cassis nose with some elegant, faintly toasty, mineral-tinged notes. Dry, medium bodied, harmonious, bright, fresh, ripe, plum-crancherry-raspberry-cassis flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, gently cedary, complex finish. A lovely, very approachable, modern, ripe, fruit-driven Pinot Noir that will bring a smile to fans. It has 13.5% alcohol and 6 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 529081
