CUVÉE SAINT-VINCENT BOURGOGNE ROUGE 2018 AC
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer VINCENT GIRARDIN
Deep intense purple colour, this hefty red has a rich, pronounced, ripe red and black cherry purée nose with some fairly earthy, sandalwood notes. Dry medium bodied and very well structured, there is an intense, rather complex, rich, ripe, Damson plum note running through this Bourgogne that makes is quite special. It is blessed with good tannins and a long, still fairly youthful, lingering, somewhat grippy , rustic finish. Has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 20897
