A REPEAT of the recommended BEST BUY 2018 (**+) that was released on May 16, 2020 at $18.95. Assessed from a new bottle just purchased at the LCBO. Assessed from a bottle purchased at the LCBO. Very deep purple colour. Spicy, complex, faintly earthy, gently juicy, intense, ripe, plum-cherry nose with some faintly smoky, cedary notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, complex, gently spicy, intense, ripe, plum-crancherry-cassis flavours with a lingering, fairly crisp, slightly cedary, mocha-chocolate-tinged finish. This blend of 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre has 14.5% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with a totally NEW lot number L1-152 now on the lower part of the glass bottle. CSPC 998716
