Bright extremely pale salmon pink colour. Bright, slightly spicy, ripe plum-apple puree nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, faintly spicy, ripe, plum-apple puree flavours with a crisp, unoaked , faintly leesy, minerally finish. This is a new blend of mostly Grenache, and Cinsault plus some Syrah and Vermentino (aka Rolle) has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. Versatile and quite ready to drink. CSPC 410035
