Bright extremely pale salmon colour. Very gently complex, mineral-tinged, ripe melon-apple-lemon nose with some faint leesy notes. Dry, medium-light bodied, very slightly spicy, tangy, fresh apple-plum-lemon flavours with a crisp, unoaked finish. Quite ready-to-drink. Has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number LC260221 0310 on the back label. Screwcap closure. CSPC 524967
