Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer
NEW in Vintages. This bright, crisp, dry blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah has a very pale metallic pink colour with a very dry, faintly lesy, minerally, cherry pit and red apple nose. Very dry, medium to medium-light bodied, very faintly spicy, crisp, lemon-apple-plum flavours with a lingering, crisp, refreshing, slightly chalky finish. It would go very well with seafood - even oysters - and is ready-to-drink. It has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L2021/02/01 on the back label. CSPC 19841
