JULIA'S VINEYARD PINOT NOIR ROSÉ 2020 Sustainable, Santa Maria Valley, Santa Barbara County
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer CAMBRIA
NEW in Vintages, when freshly opened I initially detected some faintly earthy notes on the nose balanced by rose petal, honey and plummy, black cherry fruit. Vibrant pale pink in colour, the 100% Pinot Noir rose has lots of fresh, strawberry-plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, fairly tangy, mineral-tinged finish. Perfect with a brunch featuring salmon or poultry, it has 13.1% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number 20201216 on the side label. The good news is that the initial earthy notes disappeared leaving a ripe raspberry-strawberry fruit aromas! CSPC 19529

Look for notions of rose petals, tangy cherry and red berry fruit, and sip with grilled chicken breast, salmon or veggies. Price $ 29.95
