Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer JEAN-MAX ROGER
Bright light salmon-pink colour. The nose is quite intense and fresh with ripe but restrained Damson plum and fraise de bois fruit along with some mineral-tinged notes. Extremely dry, medium bodied and very slightly spicy with supple, gently tangy, fresh plum-strawberry flavours and a crisp, unoaked, lingering, mineral-tinged finish. This well-made 100% Pinot Noir rose has 13% alcohol and 1 g/L residual sugar. Perfection with Poisson de Rivière au Beurre Blanc and/or Quenelles Nantua. CSPC 490813
