RROSÉ 2020 AC Languedoc
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer VVINES
Extremely pale salmon-pink colour. Attractive, fresh, elegant, faintly plummy, floralcohol aromas with a hint of lilac and rose hip. Dry, medium bodied, surprisingly well structured and quite mouthfilling with lots of gently spicy, bright, ripe, plummy, raspberrry-crancherry flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, fresh finish. This stainless steel fermented blend of predominantly Syrah with Cinsault and Grenache has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar and comes with as easy-to-remove, glass-stopper called Vinolok which eliminates any possibility of cork taint and can be used to reseal the bottle.
