Pale straw colour with a faint hint of salmon. Attractive, very gently spicy, fresh apple-plum nose with some faintly toasty notes. Dry, medium bodied, nicely structured, very bright, ripe, plum-apple-cherry flavours with a lingering, faintly toasty, effervescent, crisp, well balanced finish.
