PINOT NOIR 2017 Willamette Valley
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer REX HILL
This bright, ripe, gently complex, Willamette Valley Pinot Noir has a lot going for it. Ripe and well structured with intense, plummy, crancherry fruit, it is showing well and carry on for several more years. Fairly deep purple colour, the nose is slightly spicy, ripe plum-cherry fruit accompanied by some gentle cedary notes. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied and quite harmonious, the fairly intense, ripe, cherry-plum flavours persist along with the gently cedary notes on the fairly high acid finish. Has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number 18247 on the back label. CSPC 275735
