CLARENCE DILLON CLARENDELLE RED 2015 Inspired by Haut-Brion, AC Bordeaux
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer
Unable to get a bottle for assessment from agent. A THIRD REPEAT of the 2015 (**/**+) was last released on September 5, 2020 at $24.95. Here is my previous note: Deep intense purple colour. Slightly spicy, somewhat peppery, intense, ripe plum-apple nose with some red licorice notes. Dry, medium bodied, fairly well structured, dried plum flavours with hints of cedar on the lingering, crisp finish. This youthful new blend of mostly Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Franc has 13.5% alcohol and now 3 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 28837
