RUSSIAN RIVER VALLEY PINOT NOIR 2017 Russian River Valley, Sonoma County
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer AMICI
NEW in Vintages, this 2017 is starting to come around with some complexity and attractive, evolving fruit flavours. It has a rather deep intense purple colour and an elegant, bright, black cherry fruit nose with some raspberry-cassis notes along with hints of cedar and sandalwood. Itís dry, medium to medium-full bodied and quite well structured, on he palate, with bright, intense, concentrated, ripe, black cherry compote with raspberry notes followed up by a lingering, gently toasty, faintly garrigue-tingedeep, bright finish. Quite ready to drink, thereís lots of elegance here. It has 14.1% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 17166
