Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer CHÂTEAU DES FERRAGES
Assessed from a bottle purchased at the LCBO. This NEW in Vintages, this attractive Provence rosé is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Rolle (aka Vermentino). It has a very pale salmon-pink colour and a fine, fresh, gentle, rose-peach-citrus nose that has some floral hints of fragrant jasmin along with some mineral notes. Dry, medium bodied, nicely balance, fresh, white peach-tinged, fraise de bois fruit and a lingering, crisp, mineraly finish. An elegant, ready-to-drink rosé for that special summer brunch. It has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 19834
