WHITE COLLECTION HARRY ROSÉ 2020 Vegan, sustainable, Marlborough, South Island
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer SOHO
Assessed from a bottle purchased at the LCBO. I find the name to be quite confusing, especially since “Soho Wine Collection” only appears on the back label. Bright extremely pale salmon-tinged colour. Spicy, bright, fresh, crancherry nose with lots of mineral notes. Very dry, light to medium-light bodied, tangy, minerally, fresh, pomegranite-chrancherry flavours with a slightly tart, very crisp finish. Refreshing and ready-to-drink, this rosé from undefined grapes has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number 301020 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Screwcap closure. CSPC 19545

TASTING NOTE: This is fabulously appealing on the nose showing watermelon, white flesh nectarine, fig and white floral characters, leading to a delightfully refreshing palate that's succulent and lingering. It's light, bright and pristine, filled with delicious flavours. At its best: now to 2022. Score - 93 (Sam Kim, wineorbit.co.nz, July 2020) Price $ 18.95
