Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer CUNE
Assessed from a bottle purchased at the LCBO. This tasty, bright blend of 85% Tempranillo and15% Garnacha, Graciano and Mazuelo has a very deep intense purple colour. Slightly spicy, youthful, plum-cherry puree nose with some sandalwood and gently cedary notes. Dry, medium bodied, harmonious, slightly spicy, high acid, fairly intense, youthful, plum-cherry fruit flavours with a lingering, fairly cedary, tangy finish. The back label says this has 13.5% alcohol (14% on the website) and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L-211801H on the back label. The 2014 was released on July 6, 2019 at $22.95. CSPC 417659
