Assessed from a bottle purchased at the LCBO. Here is a bargain-priced, very quaffable,100% Tempranillo Rioja rose that will please everyone. Bright pale salmon orange colour. Fresh, slightly spicy, bright, plummy-apple-cantaloupe nose with some faint strawberry notes. Dry, medium-light bodied, well balanced, slightly spicy, elegant, fresh, plum-cherry-apple flavours with a gently crisp, unoaked, harmonious finish. The blend is 70% Tempranillo and 30% Garnacha with 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L03521BA on the lower part of the glass bottle. Screwcap closure.
