Assessed from a bottle purchased at the LCBO. Bright very deep intense purple colour with an intense, slightly spicy, faintly rustic, leathery, ripe plummy nose with some hints of dried roses and violets. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, spicy, intense, faintly dusty, tanf=gy, plum-cherry flavours with a slightly tart, sandalwood finish. This 100% Tempranillo has 14% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L-LCB0211501 on the back label. Unfiltered and hence the sediment with 2 years aging in oak. The 2011 was last released on April 27, 2019 at $21.95. CSPC 192476
