Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer TAWSE
Assessed from a bottle provided by the winery. This blend of Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Gamay has a very bright light salmon pink colour and a clean, somewhat shy, fresh, red apple and orchard fruit nose, It fairly dry, medium-light bodied and slightly spicy with fresh ripe red apple flavours and a crisp, perhaps somewhat abrupt, faintly mineral-tinged finish. Pleasant and ready-to-drink. The 2018 (unable to taste) was released on May 30, 2020 at $15.95. CSPC 172643
