Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer SAN FABIANO
Very deep intense purple colour. Fairly intense, gently complex, slightly cedary, fairly intense, bright, ripe plum nose. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, quite well structured, fairly intense, somewhat savoury, tangy, plum flavours with a lingering, bright, subtle sandalwood finish. This blend of Sangiovese with Canaiolo and Colorino has 13.5% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with lot number L.386 on the back label.
