SAINT-GERVAIS CÔTES DU RHÔNE-VILLAGES 2017 AP
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer DOMAINE CLAVEL SYRIUS
Assessed from a bottle purchased at the LCBO. Very deep intense dark purple-red colour. Attractive, slightly spicy, faintly balsamic-tinged, ripe, plum-cherry purée nose. Dry, medium-deep bodied, quite well structured, fairly juicy, ripe, plum-cherry purée flavours with a lingering, bright, faintly smoky finish. This tasty, ready-to-drink, crowd-pleasing blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah is a versatile winner! It has 14.5% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number L10241 on the back label.
