Assessed from a bottle purchased at the LCBO. Deep intense purple colour. Intense, fairly juicy, ripe plum-cherry nose with some sandalwood notes. Dry, medium bodied, tangy, bright, ripe plum, baked cherry flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, very slightly cedary finish. Ready-to-drink. Has 14.5% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number L-0102F0 on the back label. Much better than the 2014 (*+) that was released on April 30, 2016 at $16.95. CSPC 13656
