Assessed from a bottle purchased at the LCBO. Extremely deep intense purple colour. Very attractive, intense, rather complex, slightly spicy, warm, ripe. plummy, black cherry nose with some minerally, gently cedary notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, gently cedary, harmonious, slightly spicy, warm, ripe, intense, plum-cherry-cassis flavours with a somewhat lifted, slightly earthy, lingering, complex finish. This totally new blend of 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot and 2% Cabernet Franc (no Malbec) has 14.5% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with lot number 306-17 on the lower part of the glass bottle.
