Assessed from a bottle purchased at the LCBO. Bright very deep intense purple colour. Intense, ripe, gently spicy, plum-black-cherry-cassis nose with some gently cedary, faintly mineral notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, intense, rather complex, rich, ripe plummy-black-cherry flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, juicy, bright, cedary finish. This very tasty ready-to-enjoy blend of 82% Zinfandel, 12% Petite Sirah and 6% Carignan has 15.3% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar. Originally scheduled for delivery on June 27, 2020. CSPC 14607

TASTING NOTE: Sourced from the Teldeschi and Ramazzotti vineyards, with 12% Petite Sirah and 6% Carignane, this impressively bold, inky wine is undeniably pretty on the nose, recalling strawberries and cherries. Juicy, big and delicious, it has memorable structure and elegance that balances the ripeness of its fruit. Score - 93 (Virginie Boone, Wine Enthusiast, Aug. 1, 2017) Price $ 58.95
