Tasting Note: Whole cluster pressed right after harvest to extract a tinge of colour, this is a very bright, pale pink pinot noir rose. The nose is clean and floral with watermelon, cherry and grapefruit aromas. It has lovely texture, warm, smooth and dry with fine flavour definition and excellent length. Score - 91.
