CHÂTEAU DE RIBEBON 2016 AC Bordeaux Supérieur
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer
A REPEAT of the recommended best buy 2016 (**/**+) was released on February 22, 2020 at $15.95. Here is my previous note: Deep intense purple colour. Slightly spicy, fairly intense, warm ripe plum-cherry puree nose with some gently cedary notes. Dry, medium bodied, harmonious, slightly spicy, ripe plum-cherry puree flavours with a lingering, gently cedary finish. This tasty, ready-to-drink, well-priced blend of 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon has 13.5% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with lot number L116 on the front label. Let’s hope that this is as good as before! CSPC 12281
