Assessed from a bottle purchased at the LCBO. Bright light salmon pink colour. Elegant, ripe, plum-melon-apple nose with some mineral notes. Fairly dry, medium bodied, slightly spicy, frothy, fresh, ripe, plummy-apple flavours with a fairly zesty, bright, effervescent finish along with a very faint hint of lees. This tasty blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 20% Gamay has 11.5% alcohol and 14 g/L residual sugar with lot number 3L223060 19/03 on the upper part of the glass bottle. Quite ready to drink. NEW in Vintages. |

TASTING NOTE: Frothy and dry, with an easy-to-like swagger. Gorgeous aromas and flavours, with well-pitched red fruit tones. Quite charming, characterful and well-priced. A fine sipping wine that will also be great with salmon appetizers. (Vintages panel, Dec. 2019) |
