Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer SISTER'S RUN
Assessed from a bottle purchased at the LCBO. This crowd-pleasing Barossa Valley blend of 80% Grenache, 15% Shiraz and 5% Mataro has a deep intense purple colour. Spicy, juicy, intense, fresh, ripe plum-cherry puree nose with some cedary notes. Fairly dry, medium-full bodied, spicy, tangy, ripe, dense, ripe, juicy, black-cherry-plum puree flavours with a bright, fresh, cedary finish. Quite ready-to-drink, it has 14.5 % alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number L0052 on the lower part of the glass bottle.
