Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer JEAN-MAX ROGER
Assessed from a bottle purchased at the LCBO. Medium red colour. Slightly spicy, fresh, raspberry-tinged, ripe plum nose with some fraises des bois notes plus hints of minerality. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, elegant, slightly spicy, ripe plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, crisp, raspberry-tinged finish. Perfect with a fresh filet of salmon. This ready-to-drink 100% Pinot Noir has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L.15.20 B021118 on the upper part of the glass bottle.
