Assessed from a bottle purchased at the LCBO. Bright day-glo light salmon pink colour. Very gently spicy, bright, plum-apple nose with some mineral notes and a touch of cantaloupe. Dry, medium-light bodied, harmonious, ripe, somewhat chalky, ripe apple-melon-plum flavours with a crisp, unoaked finish. This blend of 70% Mourvèdre, 20% Grenache and 10% Cinsault has 14% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L18B6-063 on the capsule. |

TASTING NOTE: A popular expression from Bandol. You can expect ripe orchard fruit, tangy tropical fruit and wild herbs. Look for a bright, juicy, zesty-edged wine with a dash of white pepper spice on the finish. Sip and savour, or pair with grilled seafood, grilled chicken or summer salads. |
