Don’t pass on this Moutard. Bright medium-light straw colour. Attractive, gently toasty, slightly spicy, bright, lively, ripe lemon-apple meringue nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium bodied, harmonious, well structured, slightly spicy, bright ripe lemon-apple meringue flavours with a lingering, gently toasty, high acid finish. Very good effervescence and can still evolve. This batch was disgorged on January 15, 2020 with with lot number LBR17*01520 on the back label. CSPC 400432
