TASTING NOTE: In such a Mediterranean clime, it is easy to forget just how well Bordeaux varieties can perform with the region's maritime influence. This is no exception. Gently extracted for a design persuasive of early drinking. Notes of tomato leaf, mint and a plummy mid-palate strewn with dried herb, are the calling cards. Score - 91 (Ned Goodwin, winecompanion.com.au, Aug. 1, 2019) |
