Assessed from a bottle purchased at the LCBO. Extremely deep purple colour. Spicy, slightly juicy, ripe plummy-raspberry--apple nose with some sandalwood notes. Fairly dry, medium to medium-light bodied, spicy, ripe plum-cherry-apple purée flavours with a crisp, unoaked finish. This ready to drink blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah has 15% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number L20016 on the upper part of the glass bottle suggesting January 16, 2020 (CDR17A on the back label).
