In this exciting, dynamic atmosphere, the wines of winemaker Philip Dowell are among the very best of the best. Expect this traditional method sparkler to be complex and creamy, with a superb depth of apple and citrus alongside vanilla, toast and underlying minerality. This is a wine for dinner, not just for celebrating. Price $ 29.95
