A THIRD REPEAT of the recommended 2017 (**+) was released on December 7, 2019 at $19.95. Here is my previous note: Very deep intense purple colour. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, slightly spicy, bright, intense, ripe plum-red and black cherry purée flavours with a lingering, cedary, complex, mocha-chocolate-tinged finish. Has 14% alcohol and now 3 g/L residual sugar with lot number Lot:22012 on the back label. CSPC 29280

TASTING NOTE: This is the most solid malbec I have seen in this bottling with dark-berry and spice aromas and flavors. Medium-to full-bodied, firm and very silky and well defined, thanks to the super fine tannins. Drink or hold. Score - 93 (James Suckling, jamessuckling.com, March 27, 2019) Price $ 19.95
