TASTING NOTE: This 100% Nero d'Avola comes from vines planted in primarily calcareous (limestone) soils, which encourage freshness in the final wines. This one is big and lush, with firm tannins, good blackberry fruit and a coffee note. The structure makes it great for braised meats.
