TASTING NOTE: The Commanderie vineyard is a parcel of gravelly-sandy soils that has been in the keeping of the maternal side of proprietor Jean Tatin's family since 1873. There are two hectares of Pinot planted there. This wine shows earth and cherry tones, with vibrant acidity providing freshness and lift. Pair it with chicken or game bird.
