In France judging the 2020 Concours Mondial du Sauvignon. Here is Tony Aspler’s review. Deep ruby-purple colour; cedary, black cherry nose with earthy spice notes; medium-bodied, dry, cherry flavour; well-balanced and firmly structured. This blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Alicante, 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot has 13.5% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with lot number L21934L1. Has not appeared in Vintages before. |
