TASTING NOTE: Sebastiani has been a significant player in California's premium-wine landscape for over 116 years. Its focus today is on single-vineyard and sub-appellation wines. This Cabernet comes from a variety of prime sites and delivers forward aromas of ripe red fruit, with rose petal accents. The palate offers plenty of cherry, strawberry, cassis, vanilla and spice, with a hint of mint. A great option for steak or barbecued ribs. (Vintages panel, July 2019) |
