TASTING NOTE: Floral and lifted, this still showcases Pinot Noir's earthiness. There's a characterful beetroot complexity underlying the cherry and raspberry and a nice hint of barrel spice adding depth. The spine of bright acidity makes this an excellent food wine. Try it with salmon or grilled duck breast. (Vintages panel, April 2019) |
