Extremely deep intense purple colour. Complex, slightly spicy, intense, warm , ripe, plum-cherry-cassis nose with some fairly intense cedary notes and just a hint of mocha-chocolate. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, intense, ripe, cassis-plum-cherry puree flavours with a lingering, cedary, bright, very faintly herbal, fairly high acid, mocha-chocolate-tinged finish. This new co-fermented blend of 52% Syrah and 48% Cabernet Sauvignon has 14.5% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar. The recommended 2015 (***) was released on November 24, 2018 at $44.95. CSPC 371336
