TASTING NOTE: Blended with smaller amounts of Merlot, Petit Verdot, Zinfandel and other varieties, this wine is lightly spiced and in balance, despite its powerful approach to ripeness. Tobacco, clove and black pepper enliven the darker, denser aspects of blackberry jam and dark chocolate, finishing unabashedly rich.
