TASTING NOTE: This is a lavishly fruity red packed with flavors of black-cherry preserve and dried plums as well as savory, spicy accents of earth, cocoa and licorice. Soft, finely edged tannins and sunny acidity accentuate its easy drinking, fruity demeanor. It's at peak now through 2023. Score - 89 (Anna Lee Iijima, Wine Enthusiast, Dec. 31, 2019) |
