Deep intense purple colour. Intense, spy, bright, ripe, plummy, red cherry, cassis nose with some cedary, notes. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, well structured, slightly spicy, ripe, plummy, black cherry, cassis flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, gently cedary, finish. Has 14.5% alcohol and 8 g/L residual sugar with lot number 20190418 on the lower part of the glass bottle. TONY ASPLER / 89-points / TRY - Spicy, oaky, plum bouquet; full-boded, dry, well-extracted sweet plum and black currant flavours with a minty note. |
