Very bright light salmon pink colour. Slightly spicy, mineral-tinged youthful, fresh, apple nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, very slightly spicy, tangy, fresh, apple-lemon flavours with a very crisp unoaked, slightly chalky, mineral-tinged, youthful finish. Has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. Has not appeared in Vintages before. TONY ASPLER / 89-points / TRY - Pale salmon colour; raspberry and cranberry on the nose; medium-bodied, just off-dry, yellow cherry flavour; nicely balanced. CSPC 10931
