Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer GLENELLY
Extremely deep intense purple colour. Surprisingly refined, fairly intense, bright, ripe, plum-cherry nose with some sandalwood-cedar notes. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, fairly dense, attractive, ripe plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, high acid, somewhat cedary, cassis-tinged, well structured finish. Tasted once. This is showing incredibly well and, with this much style, it really is a must buy, especially if you have lamb in mind. Has 14.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 13316
