Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer GERARD BRISSON
Deep intense purple colour. Fresh, slightly spicy, attractive, ripe plum-cherry purée nose with some gently complex, faint sandalwood-mineral notes. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, quite well structured, harmonious, slightly spicy, still fresh, gently complex, ripe plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid finish. This 100% Gamay has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L812 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Has not appeared in Vintages before. CSPC 12028
