Somewhat maturing medium-deep ruby colour. Slightly spicy, sandalwood-tinged, ripe, plum-cherry purée nose with some dried strawberry and mineral mineral-tinged notes. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, slightly spicy, bright, ripe plum-cherry flavours with a fingering, fairly high acid, mineral-tinged, slightly chalky finish. Quite ready to drink. This 100% Pinot Noir has 13% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with lot number L9008096 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Has not appeared in Vintages before. CSPC 11898
