Very deep intense purple colour. Complex, intense, spicy, ripe, cassis-plum-black-cherry purée nose with some sandalwood, and red licorice notes. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, slightly spicy, bright, harmonious, ripe, plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, high acid finish. This 10% Merlot is quite ready-to-drink and has 15% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L0618 on the back label. Has not appeared in Vintages before. CSPC 11827
