TASTING NOTE: This elegant pinot noir has come into its own with softened tannins and a harmony of complex flavours. Notes of pepper, cedar, black cherry, bramble and tilled earth. Over time it has become notably less austere and, in fact, blossomed on the palate. Generous and richly textured with considerable length. Drink now or hold for another 2-3 years. Score - 90 (Sara d'Amato, winealign.com, Nov. 1, 2019) |
